Google Home Mini - Commitment

I am considering signing up for the Spotify Premium Family plan. Aside from the $14.99 monthly fee, is there any sort of commitment before getting the free google home mini? For example, can it be cancelled after one month?  Or does the device not ship unitl you've been a member for 3 months, or anything else along those lines?

I signed up for the family plan and I have not received an email regarding the free google mini speaker. When should I receive an email if it’s still available? I signed up on Saturday, should I keep waiting?
