Google Home Mini Redemption Not Working

Hi, longtime Spotify family account holder. I received the email to redeem the Google Home Mini, but it is trying to charge me $49. I've tried following the links Ive seen here on the forum, and it says "you've already registered interest." Does anyone have any idea how I can redeem this? Thanks for the screenshot. Could you try clicking the link you got from the email? Also, please make sure that you haven't already gotten this - as it is one per account.

cart, it attempts to charge me

Not sure what you mean - I said in my first post I received the email about redeeming the offer. No matter what i do it wants to charge me. Is there anyone I can email about this?

Alright, could you try claiming this again from both here and here, using incognito window, other devices, and making sure to check your spam filter?

Thank you for the links. I opened an incognito window, after a computer reset, and got the same results, for each linkScreen Shot 2018-11-12 at 12.06.51 PM.png

The same thing just happened to me. I was trying everything and it was  giving the same message that I've been already registered  that that offer. I send a message to the help desk directly and the just answer me with a new link to redeem the home mini.

Did the new link they sent you work?

Yes it did! I could finish my order and got tacking number  and everything!

Oh wow - do you have a help desk email address you could share?

You're going to lough, but I did all this ;

1. Log in to spotify in browser 

 2. https://support.spotify.com

3. Go all the way down and click "Contact Spotify"

4. Then select the "write option" 

5. select "technical issues" option

6. I explained my issued and start chat.

 They will send you an email with a case number. Within minutes they give me a resolution. hope it works for you.

I had the same problem and chatted with Spotify Support. I was told that the link had been shared and was allowing people (non-subscribers) to redeem. Is this offer coming back?

Just wanted to check in and see whether you were able to resolve the issue.

For anyone who is still experiencing the issue regarding being charged for the Google Home Mini, could you make sure you have followed the following steps:

  1. Log in to http://www.spotify.com/googlehome/redeem
  2. Select the colour of the device
  3. Click Buy?

No, still not working for me. And I chatted with Spotify, they couldn't
figure it out, they said they'd get back to me with a solution, so far they
have not.
