Upgraded to Family to claim a Google Home Mini but still no email recieved with any details or code, etc.

Same here, I’ve applied around 3 hours ago and no email. I’ve talked to 2 separate Spotify employees and they’ve both acised I wait and keep my page active.

It’s come through now, it would be helpful if it was advised there was that delay. You sort of expect immediate confirmations and that something is wrong if it doesn’t happen straight away.

Yeah, mine ended up calling Ming through but then they charged me full price?!? I still haven’t gotten a response on that
