My Question or Issue

I upgraded to the family package the other day and invited my family to the account, which worked fine. Although I upgraded, I'm unable to redeem my Google Home even though it says "Thank you so much! You've already successfully registered your interest in this offer." but when I continue to the next page I get this message instead "We're sorry but you're not able to redeem at this moment."

I'm just a little confused to what is happening, and I would love to have some kind of idea of whats going on with it all.

Please give it a few days. I received my email after 4 days and I have since ordered successfully on google play.
