My Question or Issue

I have been trying to claim the google mini for the majority and have been the owner of the family membership for a while now only realising now that there is an offer that we can claim for free.  The problem is each time I go to claim the google mini it takes me back to the main page. Is there something I am doing wrong?

We'd first recommend giving it a try on a different device or in an incognito window on your browser.

Further, so we can better troubleshoot what's happening, it'd be helpful if you could let us know the country you're trying to redeem the offer from as well any screenshots of any error message you see when this happens. Just make sure that no private or sensitive info is displayed.
