Having problem including family member in Premium Family

Good day!

HELLLLPPPP !!!

I just upgraded my Premium account to family account, but we could not include my father in it. He has all the qualifications (same address, has Spotify account, etc), and we've been resending the invite for multiple times already, but still we cannot include him.

Btw, my husband has already been included.

Please. Help. Us.

Also, the screen says on top that my dad has already been included in the family account, but as you scroll downwards, it says he's still spotify free. like, **bleep**!!
