So I was confused with buy Spotify and I did it like 3 times and it charged me all 3 times , well I get my money back if I canceled it right away

Have you received a payment confirmation email for both payments? Any payments that you haven't gotten a receipt for are only pending and should be canceled soon. If you check in a few days and still have extra charges, let me know and I will escalate this to a Spotify staff member!
