Family Premium Plan
My Question or Issue
I have logged into my account to remove a member from my family plan however am unable to locate my family plan. I am paying for it every month but I cant see it under my account anywhere. It says I am currently on a free plan and gives me the option to upgrade. The last payment for my plan came in December and the next one is due in a week.
I have tried to log in using my email and log in through facebook however neither option works. It used to work just fine and I was able to add/remove members however not anymore.. Its really frustrating.
Anyone have any ideas or does anyone know how I can contact spotify?
I think there is an issue with my account.

That sounds odd. It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.
Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
