Help with adding members to Premium Family

Hi, I have the family premium on my phone and I am trying to add my parents to it however it won't work. I have logged out of my account and their 'free' account. I have sent the invite, but when I click on the invite, it takes me to the log in page which I put my parents 'free' account info in and then it just logs them back in to the free account. There is nothing to ask about accepting the invite or adding an address or anything.

p.s. We all have Iphones

thanks for posting !

 

For a Family plan to work properly, each individual invited to the plan should have their own private accounts.

On top of that they must reside under the same address and country.

 

As long as you're following this basic rules, you should have no issues adding your family members.

Note: An invite should be sent from the owners device to the invitees but should not be processed and accepted on the same device.

 

In order to have all the info needed to apply the plan correctly, please make sure to read and follow the steps provided on this help page.
