There was a minor hiccup with the Premium for Family page, but it was fixed already.
If you're still getting the same error message, try clearing your cache and cookies or using an incognito window, and let us know on this thread.

Facing the same issue.
My whole family got logged out and Im die only one who can still listen premium, all others are spotify free.
Please solve this 'hiccup' asap.

It isn't fixed. Have done everything to solve it (delete Cache etc.). Isn't working.
The Problems with Spotify are getting more anoying everyday.
Please fix this issue at least.
