My Question or Issue
I had a problem with my credit card and I had to wait some days for the credit card company solve the problem. Because of this I could'nt update my billing information and the Spotify Platform canceled my subscription. Now, I lost all of my playlist and all of my family playlists. I accessed my account again and I couldn't identify how to recovery my playlists. I also couldn't find where to pay for my family subscription. I found only one option, just to pay for the premium account. My question are : 1) How to recovery my Family Account 2) How to pay for the family account if have only one option to choose (premium account).
