How to add family member to premium account

Hoping someone can help me!

Have had a premium account for some months now. Added one son at time of enrollment with no issues. Want to add another now. When i go into my account page it gives me my username and subcription type - but no option to add a member. I have googled it, asked people at work and noone can work out why I cant action this feature. Any advise please as its incredilbly frustrating.

To invite a member to your plan, just follow the steps listed here.
