How to change the owner/creator of a playlist

My Question or Issue

Hi! I used to be on my dad's spotify (premium) account where I created several playlists. Yesterday we changed his account into a family account so now I have my own account. However, I was wondering if there was a quick way to transfer the playlists I made in my dad's account to my own account, with my account becoming the owner/creator of the playlist. I can't seem to find how to do this. Someone please help me! 🙂

thanks for reaching out to the community !

Please double check that the playlists you created on your father's account are public and then follow the steps here to complete the transfer.

This should help you copy your playlists from your own account, so that in the end they'll say that they were created by you.
