Hulu with Premium Family

I signed up to Spotify’s Family Premium plan when Hulu was being offered. I did not sign up with Hulu at the time as I figured I could do it at a later date. Now it appears that I can’t find my link to do it and the HULU offer appears to be gone. Is there anyway for me to signup with the original offer or am I out of luck?

The Premium Family plan has never had Hulu included. If you were previously on Premium + Hulu bundle and upgraded to Premium Family, you'll lose access to the Hulu and won't be able to get it added back to your account. 

The only plan that has Hulu included is Premium Student. If you're a college student, you can sign up for this plan here.
