I can't access the premium family plan.

I can't access the premium family plan.

Whenever I accept the invitation and I type the code, and then the address, wrong, saying that I do not reside at the same address as the administrator. Being that I was using the family premium, and out of nowhere my account was withdrawn.

Hi Suelen. I recently read similar problems to you. I recommend checking if you are living in the same country, if you have correctly inputted the address, and if the premium owner has a remaining slot for you. You can also try asking the owner to remove and re-add you again to the list.
