First of all, sorry for my bad english, I'm not that good at it.
Today I tried to delete one account from one of my members in my plan, but when I clicked on his account (or his name) the page sent me to an Error 404 page, because of that I cannot delete this account, I don't know how to fix it.
Help!

can you try to remove the family member by opening a new window in incognito/private mode of your current web browser?

It doesn't work for me either. And trying in incognito mode doesn't work either, it's the same.

Just to confirm, have you tried following the steps below to remove the family member from the plan?
If you're having troubles doing that, we'd recommend giving another try from a different device or network connection.
If that doesn't do the trick, a screenshot of what you see would be very helpful so that we can take a closer look. Just make sure that there's no private or sensitive info displayed.
