Mine is an iPhone 6, my fiancé (who I’m trying to add to my plan) has a Samsung Galaxy S9 plus

 

My Question or Issue

I’m trying to add my fiancé to my family plan. I send him the invite and he gets it, accepts it and is redirected to login to his account, he logs in and then nothing. He’s still just on his own old plan, it’s not adding him to mine. We signed him up for another premium account by accident, and that’s what it keeps redirecting him too instead of adding him to my account.

Could you try sending your fiancé another invite? When your fiancé goes to accept it, make sure they accept using a different browser (without any saved login info).
