I can't get my wife added to family premium

I can't get my wife added to family premium

Hi,

 

I am currently on a faimly premium plan in Turkey. I've been trying to add the account as a family member to my account. At first we managed to do it but later on my wife's account was withdrawn from the family premium.

 

We're living at the same location but when we try to activate her account again we keep getting an error after providing the address details.

 

Can you guys please help us resolve this issue? My wife's account is located at *snip* and my account is *snip*.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

That can be happening, probably because you've  entered a typo when you set the address for your Family plan.

It’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account (make sure you cancel the plan on your old account and sign out everywhere beforehand), then subscribe to Premium for Family on that new account.
