I can’t join Spotify Family

I log in my Spotify account through facebook and I was able to join Spotify family before through invite then it got logged out because my family forgot to pay. So they suscribed again and sent me another invite.

- tried logging in it showed that ^ (refer to picture)

- tried logging in again during a different time and day that again ^

- asked to resend an invite and logged in through that invite that again ^

- tried logging in through private browser that again ^

- tried logging in after signing out, signing out then in again and deleting the app still the same ^

please send help :((
