Hi @Kiktroniks! Are you sure it is the same? Please ask for the right address from the one who created the family premium account. It should work if it's the same. Also, make sure that that person still has a remaining slot for you. Hope this helps.
That sucks. These are the restrictions in order to become a family member:
● Reside in the same country as that of the administrator’s billing address.
● Be over 13 years old.
● Be a Free user, or a Premium user who purchased their Premium directly from Spotify(and not, for example, via iTunes or a mobile operator).
Can you ask the owner to remove you and add you again?
