Hi @Kiktroniks! Are you sure it is the same? Please ask for the right address from the one who created the family premium account. It should work if it's the same. Also, make sure that that person still has a remaining slot for you. Hope this helps.

Yes I'm pretty sure it's the same and that the owner has a free slot for
me. The thing is that I was already using it, I was in and I had no
problems. Then I received an email to confirm my address, I did it and
since then I'm not able to use premium

That sucks. These are the restrictions in order to become a family member:

 

● Reside in the same country as that of the administrator’s billing address.

● Be over 13 years old.

● Be a Free user, or a Premium user who purchased their Premium directly from Spotify(and not, for example, via iTunes or a mobile operator).

 

Can you ask the owner to remove you and add you again? 

He has already removed me and it's the same thing, the address is the same.
Everything is fine. I just don't get it, cuz it was already working

That sucks. There's a similar problem to yours here. He reached out to Spotify support via this form. I recommend you trying it too.
