I can't join my family subscription.

I can't join my family subscription.

Hi,

both my mother and I had premium accounts and we decided it would be best to sign up for the family subscription. She sent me a link to join the subscription however when I click the link it says I am unable to join, aswell as my father who just signed up for spotify. What can we do this fix this problem?

Hi!

 

It could be that your family and you don't have the same country and zip code in your account. You can see this in your Account Overview.

If you don't have the same you won't be able to get in the family account.

You should be able to change country and zip code in your settings.
