I can't listen on 2 devices at once with Family Premium!

Hi,

I've subscribed to Premium Family and invited one other user to join. She has accepted and has logged in on her account (yes I have checked that we are both on signed in on our own individual accounts!) 

We cannot both listen at the same time. If I'm listening, it cuts her service out and vice versa. 

We are on the iphones with the latest Spotify app software installed. 

I've tried logging both accounts out and logging back in with no success. 

What are we doing wrong??

Fixed it!!
I had tried updating the app to the latest software version and that didn't work.
So I just deleted the app and reinstalled it on both iPhones and problem is solved!!
