My Question or Issue

I bought Spotify Family this morning but I made a new account so I verified my email later than that I bought family. Now I have the issue that I can't use family and on my account stands that I have a free account but the payment went well. So how do I fix this please help me..

There's a common mistake among users who have created more than one account, upgraded and are logged into the wrong one.

 

Therefore, please visit your account overview page, scroll down and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

 

Then, use this help page to locate all the accounts listed with your details and make sure that you're logged into the right account.
