I've canceled his premium account and have tried moving him over to my plan but it always returns "There was a problem Try Again Later" ; I have tried on incognito, another device and school computer, nothing works.Now wat?
Please take a look here and follow the steps under the header "Manage your Premium Family plan" and then "Manage Members". Could you let us know which exact step fails and if you get any errors?
I get the "There was a problem Try Again Later" Error every time I enter the address and click 'Save Address' and then right after the error message pops up.I just tried it again and still, it occurs-edit-
Also, I've tried both manually and automatic detection of location and neither worked and yes, the family plan's address is correct.
