I cant join to the suscription of my grand son

I cant accept the invitation of my grandson, when he Pay the family suscription my account passed to Free, and when i try to join again says 'you cant join this plan', i hope you can help me

Could you ask your grandson to send you another invite using a different valid email address? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to join the Premium for Family plan (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community), and I'll be happy to take a look into this for you.
