I don't get any mails from spotify. However, the mail adress in my spotify player is the good one. I don't get mail when I ask for a new password or when I am invited for spotify family. How can we fix this?

I'll be happy to help. Can you tell me who your email provider is? You should know directly from your email address, whether it's (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com).

Folders checked, first thing I did. But nothing in there.
