I forgot my adress and can't add family members. Cancelled my sub and resubbed but!!?

Hi, I had my subscribtion for family that i over a year. Because I couldnt add them into it anymore cause i forgot the exact adress i wrote. So i cancelled and resubbed today to change my adress and invite my other family members. But turns out I still cant change my adress and need to make another account first.

 

So its only been like 30 minutes since i resubbed. So give me a refund so i can make another account and sub from there. So i won't waste my money on some ridicilous rule.
