My Question or Issue

I have for about 1 year now the family premium account. But after today our acounts says that we have a free account and that we have to buy premium. I have tried log in and log out. That doesn’t work. The bill for spotify is payed so that’s not the issue either..

If all users have lost their Premium status, this means that the subscription has stopped. If you'd like to continue Premium for Family, please head here to resubscribe.
