I'm in a premium family account but the premium is not working

Newbie
So I'm in love with Spotify for years, but recently my stepfather make a family premium and put me in there but I have a few problems: I have the offline download, I can chose the song in the smartphone, but I can't jump or go back to songs like a free user (I can jump like 3 times and never get back) and the app show me a link to be a premium member.

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
