 Hello I had Spotify family and I was removed from there

I was a founder

Me and 5 others donโ€™t have premium, but why ?

Why we were removed from this ?

I have payed for every month, from my card and now this (I have money on my card, every month 8.99โ‚ฌ)

I donโ€™t understand

Sounds like youโ€™re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. Iโ€™d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.

Thereโ€™s also some specific subscription-related troubleshooting over at our Spotify Answers board.

I have to re-enter everyone again on SF - thats annoying
