I was in a family plan with my brother, father and etc. when suddenly I was removed because I didn't recieve an email asking me to verify if we lived in the same adress. Now he is trying to put me back in the family plan but your program isn't letting me! We DO live in the same adress! It's absurd that I can no longer use my premium account (that I've had for YEARS) with my family because I didn't get an e-mail!!!! Please do something to correct that! I've attached the printscreen containing the message telling me I can't get back in my family plan. It's in portuguese.
