I was removed from the family plan by spotify

I was removed from the family plan by spotify

Spotify sent me an email to confirm my address, but I forgot to confirm it.

Now spotify removed me from the family plan, I asked the plan manager to send me another invitation, but when I put my information on the site the following information appears: You're unable to join this Family plan. Need help? Read our FAQ.
I did not move the house, I was still at the same address as the owner of the plan. How can I solve this problem of mine
