My Question or Issue

My wife has start a premium family account. She has send an invite to me and our son. I can log in with my old account and use the family plan. Our son also got an invite and we can see him in the family plan but when he tries to use spotify is it his old accout with advertising interuptions. We wrote the correct adress. What can we do to make it work?

Could you please explain what do you mean by "old" accounts ?

In the meanwhile, you can check some of the steps provided here to try and solve the issue.

 

In the mean while, please login on each one's account to make sure that the country listed on your profile indeed matches.

When he try to log in at his account, not old account, is it still with advertising.

Please have all the Family members log in on their own accounts and check their subscription status here to make sure they were properly invited.
