I already sent a invitation to my family. But they didn't receive a invitation email. How can they join my family premium plan?

Can you ask your family members to check their spam/junk folders for your invitation? If they didn't receive it, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, refreshing it and send them a new invitation from an incognito window. Also, using a different browser/device could be helpful.
