My Question or Issue

I got a Premium Family invite. The plan is registered to an Austrian address. After clicking the invite link I enter the correct address manually, however it says "You need to live at the same address. It looks like you’re trying to join Premium Family from a different country..." Which is not true because I'm currently within Austria. Also my Spotify account is set to Austria

Do you live at the same physical address as the plan owner, or do you just live in the same country as them?

I live at the same physical address. But currently I'm in another city of
the same country. That's why I use the "enter the address manually" feature.

Thanks for your reply.

You'll need to be at the same physical address at the time you're joining the Premium Family plan. So, whenever you get back you can easily accept the invite to get started.

Thanks for getting back to me! Could you try asking the owner of the plan to send you another invite using a different browser or private window? If you're still having trouble, make them send one more using a different valid email address.
