Invite to join a Family subscription does not work - claims email already exists

Hello all,

 

I was previousl a Spotify Premium user through Rogers Wireless in Canada. Rogers no longr offers Spotify (AFAIK) so they changed my account to a free account.  Each of my 4 family members (incluidng me) all had individual Spotify accounts attached to our respective mobile accounts.  I signed up for a Spotify Premium account and it simply convered my free account back to a Premium account and I was asked to invite my family members.  When they recieved their emails, the system said "email already in use".  So how can I "attach" my 3 family members exisitng free accounts to the Premium Family account I just signed up for?  Thanks in advance.

I think you might need to contact Spotify Support on this one, they are very helpful with these kind of problems.
