Invited member does not get premium access!

I have just created a family account and invited my two kids. For one kid everything worked fine but the other does not get premium access even though she is marked as active on the "Premium for family" page in my account. We have tried inviting her several times and accepting the invite both on her Android-phone and on her PC and everything seems to work but she does not get premium access! Very annoying to say the least! Any ideas?

Solved it myself! Logging in to Spotiy using the Facebook id instead of the Spotify id made it work!
