Is it possible to resign from one family subscription and join another family subscription

My Question or Issue

Is it possible to resign from one family subscription and join another family subscription with the same account? For family reasons the first family account needs to be closed down. I joined that one with my previously free account. In order to not loose all my saved music, I would like to resign from the first family subscription and join a newly created one. Is that possible?

I tried already to quit the first family subscription from within my account, but so far unsuccessfully. My account still says I am part of the family subscription.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

If you want to be removed from the current Family plan, just ask the Administrator (the one who sent you an invite). He's the only one who can do it.

Also, keep in mind that you can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.
