Issue to join in a Family Plan - Address Verification

My Question or Issue

When a member of my family, which lives with me, try to accept the invitation and fill out the address, Spotify returns that the address is no equals my address, but it is.

We tried several times, verifying letter by letter but is not working.

How can I solve this problem? In the case is my mother.

Could you please try opening the link in an incognito/private window of your web browser ?

Make sure that the sibling you invite does the process of accepting it on their own device and not from the device it was sent.
