Join the family plan that I have setup it says we are in different countries.

When I try to join the family plan that I have setup it says we are in different countries. Tried clearing cookies but it didn't help.

Please have every member of your plan visiting their account overview page to make sure that the country listed is indeed the correct one.

 

If they're all correct, you can try running the process on a different web page / incognito page to see if that makes any difference.
