Joined Family Plan - No Playlist on Personal Acct

All.  Wife set up famility plan and invited me.  I created free personal acct, created a couple of playlists, then accepted invitation to family plan.  Now, when I log onto my personal account, I cannot find any playlist or any information whatsoever about playlists.  I do not see them on the family account.  So, the representation that you can join a family acct and keep your playlist does not seem true.  My daughters refuse to join the family acct becasue they don't want to lose thier personal acct playlists - looks like Generation X is right- they say the whole process is way to confusing and not trustworthly in saving thier playlists.  This whole experience of set up is 3 on a scale of 10.  Any guidance is most welcome.  Thanks

The same thing just happened to me. My wife no longer has her play list. How do we fix this?

It is not BS. We had to go through the whole process again to make it work.http://www.culturallycool.com/
