Just purchased family premium and it won’t let husband accept invite.

My Question or Issue

I have purchased Premium for Family. We now live in France but my Spotify is UK.  It won’t let me add husbands iPhone 6 Plus as says we aren’t at same address. We are sitting next to each other! How do I change my address to now say France? I can change my card but it won’t let me alter my address.
