Just signed up for Family plan and the Manage button does not show up

Hi - I paid for the Premium Family account this morning, but the account is  not showing up as a Family account.  The manage button is not present.

Hey @chemman47, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If you just started a Premium Family account, could you try to use the account here on a different browser or private window to see if the Manage button shows up there?

 

If it doesn't and you're not seeing any options to add or remove members, please send me  a screenshot of what you see on your end (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community) and I will take a closer look.
