Keep playlists from premium to premium for family

I just joined premium for family and invited my father as well. But we both already had an spotify premium account. Will you guys automatically change our previous accounts to 1 account? So that we dont pay for 2 accounts? And can we keep our playlists as well? Thank you in advance.

Hope you're doing great! 

When you switch to a Premium for Family plan, all the members you add to your plan will have their own Premium account. Once your father accepts the invite, he'll have an option to either sign in with his existing or sign up for a Spotify account. In this case, since he already has a Spotify account - he'll just log in and enjoy without any interruptions. 

If your father was on Premium on his account - all billing will switch to the owner, o that he doesn't pay since he's on your plan, and you'll just pay the one discounted price for Family.

When you switch a plan and when you add someone to your plan - you won't lose playlists, saved music and recommendations.
