My Question or Issue

Good morning, 

I've been kicked out of my family plan, because I didn't receive the mail to confirm my address. 

I didn't receive the mail, because the mail was written wrong. 

Now, what can I do?

Is there any way to receive the mail?

Or to change my account, to join the plan, maintaining my playlist and preferite songs?

Hey @dana9393, help's arrived!

 

If the owner's address is written incorrectly, they'll need to cancel the subscription, and create a new account to start Premium for Family subscription.

 

If you didn't recieve a email, please check your spam/junk folders.

I would like to ask another question: is there a way to create a new
account and maintain all the songs nd playlists of the old account.

Thanks for getting back to me. 

You don't need to create a new account of you're the member - only the owner needs to if the address is incorrect.
