My problem is I subscribed for a Premium Family account and helped my wife and 2 kids set up their accounts.
My son did not start using spotify and forgot his password. I figured it would be easier to erase him form the plan and add him back in to work around but now he is not premium ....
Unfortunately there is no direct customer care to write - realy unfriendly for customers.
That is why I have to post here.
I hope this has an easy sollution or somebody from spotify can contact me.
