Kids can't log into to Premium for Family

I have just subscribed to Premium for Family. I have sent invites to my three kids. However when they click on the link on the email it goes to a log in page which asks for a username and password.

What do they put here??? We have tried their email address as username and the code that came in the email. For the password we have entered my password. No matter what we put it says it is wrong, What they **bleep** do we do on this screen?

They'll be able to accept the invitations when they log into their own accounts 🙂

If they don't have their own accounts yet, they'll need to sign up at https://spotify.com/signup.

Thanks for helping. We have tried the link you sent and attempted to create
an account for Alana. We added her email address and then just created a
password for her (not sure if this step was right). But when we hit sign up
it just goes off in a loop and never actually does anything. Eventually it
times out and I have to keep clicking "I am not a robot" Kept trying for 20
minutes and gave up. I have tried this on her Ipad and my computer. Any
ideas?

Can you please ask Alana if she can log into the Account Overview to see if the account signup was successful?

If she's unable to do so, I'd recommend telling her to create another account at https://spotify.com/signup.
