My Question or Issue

Tried To add my partner to a family account I set up today but when he follows the link it does not give it an area to put in code. We tried sending it again and then removing him and adding him again but it did not work. We tried setting it from his account but did not work of me either.

Had the same issue. Just contacted support and it was solved. Instead of clicking on the link, copy the URL address (or you can click on it and copy the URL address in the browser and then close it). Open your phone browser (again if necessary) and start an "incognito" tab. Enter the URL address in the top bar and that should do it!
