My Question or Issue
I recieved an email saying ive been downgraded to free because i was in a family plan with my family but didnt check and missed the confirmation email.
In the email it says if i want to rejoin the family plan i have to confirm my address. And theres a link to this option, but when i open it, it doesnt open any specific page so in action i cant confirm my address and rejoin my family.
Am i missing something or did i get a faulty link?
How can i resolve this issue?
