Hello,

Is it possible to listen at the same time on Google Home and on Smartphone ?

Example : I want to listen in the car while my kids listen through Google Home - I have a Family Plan

Hi there! 

Unfortunately it is not possible to stream from the same account on the different devices simultaneously. However since you have family premium you can go create another accoutn and add it to the family plan. So you will be able to use one account from your car and other on home.
